        The heart of the method is  "The Cooptation of Operating Modes © 2002". Co-optation  n.  Etymology : latin cooptare, from co- (together) + optare (to choose). The action of choosing/deciding together.

        A Collective Efficiency or Collective Intelligence improvement project is usually divided  in three stages:

  1. Validation of the success factors of the project (validate the objectives of the client, audit by interviews, develop a barometer of progress),
  2. Customized seminar (scenario, content, facilitation) on precise subjects and with concrete objectives,
  3. Follow-up to insure the perpetuation and measurement of the accomplished progress.
